Self Inflicted

Wraith walks throught the black sands of Hell, head down. For thousands of years, he has led others to redemption and a second chance. He is the gateway, between Hell and Earth, but to op[en this gateway costs him his own flesh. Yet, his left side remains unmarred. NO matter how many demons attack him for being rejected, with contempt, they cannto harm his left side.

...Only Wraith can do that.

His friend, Phalanx,pushed Wraith to see Wraith break and become stronger. But does strength really await on the other end? Pushed beyond his limits, to save a friend from his former gaurdian's fate, Wraith raises his claws for the first time against anyone... and wins. The most feared demon in Hell, Phalanx was taken care of. But Wraith fet no pride in what he had done.

Hed become what he preached against. Now how could he ever open the gate again, knowing he was just as bad as the darkest demons around him. He would forever be a hypocrite. There was no pride, there was no honor, no matter his reasons he had still attacked his friend.

Tearing his feathers out to heal his comrade and the one Phalanx had imprisoned, Din, he told Din to watch over Rinnu. And Wraith walked away, tearing at his own yellow fur, ripping it out, in some case taking flesh with it but caring less. The demons looked to Wraith but none dared attack. It was a dreadful sight, and whenever someone did ctch hold of his eyes they were shadowed with darkness... dead.
